  1. What do you mean by cut off wheel? And with the accord springs, i noticed that the back end was a little too high for my liking. I just want to level the car out so it doesnt look like im draggin my rear
  2. ive worked on a few cars in my day, but im not too familiar with the suspension systems on cars. Would I just take springs from donor car and swap with my stock ones?
  3. are there any springs that we know will work from another car i could get from a junkyard? a friend of mine has the hookup and can get me parts cheap:headbang:
  4. I've read about people using 86-89 honda accord front springs for their cars rear springs. I would like to raise my loyale's rear so that it is level, maybe just slightly higher than the front. The accord springs raise the rear too much for me. Does anyone know of any other springs that could be used to do this?

  9. I'm sorry I feel really dumb. Could someone go into further detail? And what exactly is a footwell?
  10. I searched on this but didn't really get anything i was looking for. I have a 92 Loyale and supposedly my speakers have a common ground. I looked at the wiring diagram in my repair manual and was wondering do I have to run wires for everything, or can I just do the rears since they are tied into the front speakers? If I only have to do the rears I'm thinking about just running them off my amp so Ill have less wire to run to the back. What you guys think?
  11. instead of red dye, you may want to use uv dye? its like fluorescent colored and u need to use a black light to see it, but i think itd be easier to find than red dye, esp at night cuz the uv dye will stand out more.
  12. Sam, Im not exactly sure what you mean by a "race" I repacked the bearings with wheel/bearing grease :-\
  13. Thanks a million guys shoes are done! I also repacked my bearings with grease(fun experience, never done before, but i have a very helpful friend) and noticed one of them is bad. autoparts store had to order it and it will come in tomorrow so i temporarily repacked the "bad" bearing just to get me to work tomorrow.
  14. oh ok thx, ill check it out when i get a chance
  15. Tap the bearing cap/cover while turning the drum and the drum will come off?
  16. I was able to adjust my brake shoes to where they actually come in contact with the wheel when i push the brake pedal! I havent had a chance to look at the actual shoes yet. When looking at the hub after taking my wheel off, I saw the four things you screw your lug nuts onto(can't for the life of me remember what those are called...) and a black round thing in the middle? Is that where the bearing cap you're talking about?
  17. is there a kit? do i have to go to the dealer to get them? i appreciate all your help btw you guys rock!!!
  18. is there a "how to" for replacing seals, or estimated difficulty level?
