Nice! I got called into work. Looks like you guys had a little fun.
-
Actually, Tahooya is even farther, across the water from Seattle.
This is me trying to talk myself into joining you guys, but that place is pretty boring for the likes of my car. . . The last time I went there I left thinking I traveled way too far for very little actual wheeling. . .
Those rock climbs are harsh.. I went there to play with my Raptor 1000 saw that shiz turned around then went home.

I live in tahuya now so if anyone (even monstaru ) needs help im on sand hill.

Damn that's alot of wires!
So are you running a 6 speed with a locked center diff and a divorced t-case on this?
Nevermind. I see. The STi motor threw me off. That seems like it should be a pretty strong drivetrain set up.
Lol that supra trans is 'supposed' to handle 4-500 easily and the np205 should take more then that so i used strong components that i could find upgrades for that would handle fool boost in rough conditions.. We will see how it does one of these days

Had to find manual to electric speedo output and neutral switch.. i didnt think of that and i didnt know it affected the phasers

Talked to pia today the engine is getting set and we are lookin for a turbo. The harness is almost done.. Yes long delay but its gonna turn out real nice.. In the meantime i traded my 98 foz for a sweet 71 land cruizer

My next project.. the only limbo is EDM or JDM sti

I have 2 shops so theres plenty of room for tools and bigger items, the one ill be using as my "garage" is 40x30 it was built for an RV and such so clearance is no issue. its not knowing who and where.
im still looking into everything i listed i havent made up my mind just yet.
might be a long shot but has anyone ever had the used oil heaters?

I've been thinking about an upgrade to this MIG:
http://www.millerwelds.com/products/mig/product.php?model=M00245
Not that my 220V Challenger I've had since '93 can't do whatever I need of it, just a little more flexability would be nice.
i just added the same one to my amazon cart. i feel it would be a good setup for my garage.
i think for now im going to go with a 4 post "storage" lift then later ill find someone to come out and hook up a 2 post (i just want a warranty to fall back on, i work to damn much these days)
-
Ill be installing a lift in the garage as soon as i can find a local company that delivers and installs (warranty) anyone know of a company in wa?
If you were to pick a nice mig welder say for lots of tube and frame work up to .25 what would you choose? ive had my eye on a hobart 190.
Lastly i dont think im going to find a good non "manual" bender (3") under $1500 so those of you that make roll cages and whatnot what do you recommend? It WILL get used more then once or twice

So when do we get to see it offroad rather than poser shots?Surely you must be able afford a camera to document your exploits, right?
when I'm back in America

That thing is INCREDIBLE!!!. I'd say that's the ultimate Monster Wagen.. It's hard to believe that started with Austin and Scott's 4" lift. Can't wait to see it in action. I'd love to see it in person.
Jesse
I honestly loved it the way it was I just got stuck a lot due to clearance issues. But it's done and I'm moving forward. this is my main project but I also have a 06 wrx tr to mod and my 98 foz that's half sti right now so it's taking time. that and the cheesy.. cars are the worst money pits ever. love em tho

Wow that thing is SICK!
what motor you using?
05 stage 2 sti dry sumped

Down-Right-Sexy. I particularly like that the Ram in the last picture has smaller tires than the subaru lol!
