  1. Hi Bob

Sorry to trouble you but I've been drooling over the coilovers you have for sale.

Now I think you have sold them but the other problem is I'm in Sydney, so shipping probably would have been a problem - if they're not sold and shipping isn't a problem, then great.

But if they are sold, etc, could I trouble you for the part numbers for the units? And what vehicle are the back ones originally for?

    Thanks for your help.

  2. subaru might actually use the car to go back to 2wd, but their wanting to put a high revving 2.0 in it with 200+hp
  3. i'm already swapped to 5 lug status my friend just no money to finish hooking up my standalone EJ20R with T3/T4 and started thinking about how much power i plan to put out in the future and wondered. i think in the end i'm going for the WRX 4pot setup in front and get some rear e-brake calipers that'll fit.
  4. can i use these with the old 88 GL? i'm thinking i want some huge 13" brembo's at some point. what would i have to do if so? Thanks Bob
  5. now that i got it back i feel stupid for destroying a set of stock fronts from my old 02. still got the backs though, and springs for all around but i'll look for better ones.
  6. well i had to get a car since my 85 camaro decided to start tearing its frame apart so i got my old forester back from my parents (long story). i'm not liking the brakes. sadly ,in many ways ,the rear has .what is needed to swap this to disc? nice performance pads for front: what do i get? i also love its look but i would love it more an inch lower. keep reading alot of stuff and i'll tell you this now, i'm not paying 400 for the FSTi pinks. my other mods i wanna do in a few months when my buick is paid out is go to an unequal length header with a catback, and improve on the intake since i know you can't do the whole thing like the older 2.5l cars. might even do sway/links. my wagon will have to wait til about the same time to get finished sadly. can't afford nothing for a while now. BTW if anyone here owns(or knows someone with) a 3rd gen camaro, be weary of the frame cracking then busting behind the steering box. mine was so bad that when i hit bumps one of my front wheels wobbled. then my father tells me it was common. my buddys uncle then says it was almost known when they built them as he worked the norwood plant here in ohio where they built camaros. he knew it for sure cause he worked on them after being in the plant.
  7. back when that came out a guy on nasioc was running 13.9's in his stock. had the slips posted too. just go with a downpipe, catback, and cobb STG2. the TD04 is mainly low end but can still make some power
  8. wow i paid less for a whole Stg2 setup on my old wrx from stoptech than 4 XT6 rotors from them. it had pads, rotors,Stainless braided lines, and 2 bottles of street/racing fluid. anyways i want good pads but now i see i cant. so this frustrates me.
  9. http://www.hawkperformance.com/parts/index.php i went into parts search hoping to find someone who made XT6 pads for atleast the fronts and found this.
  10. this is something i have to chime in on but it depends on what you can source and what you know. my wagon with my ej swap and all will come in somewhere in the range of 5-6k, but i'm making alot of my own stuff and working with what little i got. i had a wrx and loved it, this car will never replace it but damn't just can't beat 20 bux a month for liability insurance! oh and the end result of a killer handling car with 350hp and the ability to tune as i feel.
  11. i sat in a 91 legacy the other day myself and loved them but i also like the 87 RX seats too which i know would fit my 88 GL wagon
  12. ever see that stuff called POR-15? i seen a few restored cars with it applied to the whole frame. never know, might work. http://www.por15.com/
  13. sell your ej22 and find a ej22t or something like that. but just buy a wrx turbo setup (or atleast the piping) and somekind of engine management . garrett turbo's FTW
  14. i started on mine febuary....last year but i bought a harder motor to install and modified a bunch of stuff. but atleast i only got a standalone to wire in and two fans. ej22t seems popular these days for 165hp
