  1. I really need to know when this thing might happen. Money comes and goes, plus I hate waiting. I will be going to alskan copper next week in seattle to buy some pipe and start on my own down pipe so I can drive my car, thats why its such a rush, I need a car. Alaskan copper I think if I remember correctly will bend the pipe at any angle as well as cut to legth with a set price per bend and cut. If the price is good, and the bends are mandrel bends I may have several done and sell them to the group. Just add on your flanges and you have a downpipe. Don't count me out yet for the buy, but please give us an update and maybe they can run a set of 8 instead of ten?

  3. I'm installing a MBC and am wondering if I should keep the stock solinoid pluged in and just plug the vacum lines. Or disconect it completly?

  5. My digital dash is on its way out but still it shows a zero no matter how fast I drive. I'm having trouble finding info in my hayes manual for the digital dash so any help on what to trace in the car would be greatly usefull
  6. I'll take one of each for sure. Can I get some more info on the construction? Will the downpipe me dished for the waistgate? Or will the waistgate have a run-off that connects lower down the pipe? Or will it just be a flange like the stock one with a round hole and a pipe? WHEN CAN I GET IT!! IHAVE MONEY NOW!! PAYPAL MAYBE??

  8. The dual range is $150. Is that high? and do I need a differant center console?
  9. My digital dash is toast! are all the plugs the same for a analog gauge cluster?
  10. I looking to replace my tranny with a 5spd but witch is better to get the dual range or the push button 4wd 5spd? the dual range doesn't come with a rear diff but has 90,000 on it. The push button comes with the rear diff not sure what it is yet but both tranny and diff for $25 bucks!!

I just bought a 87 RX sedan with a auto tranny for $50 bucks. fixed the crank pully pin, replaced two coolant hoses and drove it home. the only problem is that when I put it in drive it will only drive in 1st gear. I have to manually shift it into 2nd. Is there some sort of adjustment that I can make to make it work? I'd love to drive 50mph someday. Any auto tranny help would be great.

  15. Does anyone know if a steering wheel from a 1991-2004 impreza or legacy fit the older loyale/GL series cars? Are the splines and everything the same?
  16. I looked in the archives and found little about what parts from what cars are needed to make this conversion work. I've herd that you can use XT6 parts and thats seems to be the most popular, but then I stumbled upon a thread that someone used impreza parts for the conversion minus the e-brake. So if that's the case couldn't I use parts from a 92 and newer legacy? Any help with a parts list to do this swap and what parts from what cars work best would be great. thanks.
