I had a ton of fun. I'm really glad I was able to make it up. Props to the guys who stopped playing to get the rescue started for those who were stranded on the other side of the hills. I wish I could have stuck around longer for more 'spirited driving' as QMan called it, but my lady wasn't too happy with the weather or the driving...next year she stays at home! Everyone was so hospitable and nice, Eriksport's cobbler was awesome and it was really cool to put some faces to some names. Thanks again to everybody who made this happen!!

I am soooo glad I put the studs on. The girlfriend thought I was a little wacky when I got up early to do it, but as usual, I'm right! 10 hours and counting!

Welcome! I'm new around here too, but I'm trying to soak up as much as I can! I'll be at the x-mas tree run with my '86 wagon, look forward to meeting you!

I'm new on the board, but I've been looking forward to going on an outing! I'll be there, and I can bring a chainsaw if it's needed. I also happen to know another new member on the board who lives in Greenwater, so he will probably be in if I get ahold of him.

I'd love to see an outing like this stay on track! I'm currently in Seattle, but I grew up in Enumclaw and went to college in Ellensburg. I know some good places in the hills to the north of Ellensburg, but there has to be somewhere we can go on this side of the mountains! Maybe some of the forest service roads off of 410 on this side of Chinook?
