  1. Decided to yank up the mat beneath rear seat. Actually didn't take too much force, and found the fuel pump access under mat.
  2. I have a 2001 4-cylinder Outback wagon and I am looking for the exact location of the fuel pump access panel. I've looked in the cargo area behind the rear seat, didn't see it (although that is where it is located in my 1999 Legacy wagon). I also looked under the rear seat, but was not able to easily pull up the mat. I think I might ruin the mat if I try harder, so just wanted to be sure on the location first. Thanks!
