business is official. company name is inferno fabrications LLC. no i need some people for donor cars. preferably willling to leave their car for a full day or weekend. to get some intakes built. some headers. will be doing other cars besides subaru as well. website should be up and running in a week or so.

I'm going to be working on an un equal length header this weekend however I need donor cars for test fitment and for making custom aluminum intakes.

I'm going for mainly headers but ill do a line of bumpers when I figure a good design. And roll bars that are strictly for looks.

Not sure I follow what you mean. Once I use the full 25 feet of channel I was forced to buy ill be able to redo the bumper and make it better. For now I think it'll be alright

It's actually 7 inch. I was thinking the same thing after the material showed up from the truck. It all seemed so right on paper and in planning. But the goal was to be able to fit a winch inside completely hidden and protected.

Well it'll hold up way stronger then stock. It's also strong enough to support the winch I used quarter inch channel. I think it'll be relatively similar to a normal steel bumper once I send it in to be re hardened. Welding it has softened it up a bit

im builing this bumper out of 7 inch aluminum channel, this is the design so far. im not sure if i like it too much or not. but itll hold a warn winch hidden from sight. itll also have some plating or mesh added to the top to fill in the gap. ill post more pics after i weld her up also on the sides it will have a radius cut to match the wheel cutout ^^

i will be bringing ea to ej adapter plates made from 1/2 inch aluminum waterjet cut. 100.00 at wcss i will also be bringing 2.2 single, and dual port uel headers to the show as well. 260 for the single port and 300 for the dual port. how many of what should i bring. who all is interested in these products. i can also bring other parts as well merge collectors, transitions, straight tube etc. let me know on this thread
