im not 100% sure but i think its factory it has just under 103k on the od

its a 97 impreza outback wagon sport 2.2 l

i have a feeling that its the problem but i need some one who can do it for me since i dont know anything about trannys

at lest u have all ur gears

that knows of any tranny shops that are good and fair with prices or know anyone who dose good work?...since you guys probly know already that im haveing tranny probelms starteing with second not lettin me in then being fine to second acting up again and just recently i lost 4th in the mix up aswell...so needless to say sooner the better thanks ahead of time

oh maybe thats my problem... lol and as of right now i gotta worrie about my 3spd tranny

3.8 bore not sure of the stroke...makes some where around 130-140 hp and dont try cold air...

a ej22t would plug and play in place of my ej22....eather way i was wondering how much one of them go for blown or not

a nother ej 22 try and find a subaru as simaler to yours that u can find at a junk yard or something...and chances should be that it will drop right in but im geussing

yea i tend to be stupid when it comes to pushing limits since this is my 3rd car and 2nd tranny problem... and how much did it cost for the fork problem to be fixed assumeing u went to subaru to get it done

i put tranny fluid in and it feels a little better but it poped me outta 1st and 2nd dosent like to engage

yea i understand that and i dont launch it all the time...maybe like once or twice a month

well 2day when i went to drive it it acted like nothing happend :banghead: but it like to squeak at low speeds or inbetween gears if i drive it hard but i didnt bring it any where to be checked out

they all sound posible...eather way im bringing the car to a tranny shop and letting them do it...trannys are like a dark cave to me

of something not working...:banghead:on my way home the gear box basicly froze (5spd) it wouldnt let me in 2nd and when i tryed to get out it wouldnt let me eather...so i talked to my friend and he said syncros...any ideas on how much that works gonna be or if its some thing else?

yea i gotta pre oiled filter and when we put the cold air on we left the hoses layin around and when i put the stock intake back i hooked them back up and never thought about that

i dont think we played with the iac

oh thats great and it should be still but ill check again

ugh i hate these so much...its hooked back up but the 4 orgnail screws are no hooked up theres only 3 i lost one in the mist of changeing the intake infront of autozone and home depot...i cant realy think of anything else

my gas mileage also went down alot...any ideas?
