  1. we looked at them quickly , rust from sitting and in the future the pads will need replaced , but ok for now

  3. we love our 2000 outback wagon , also have 86 brat, 87 turbo wagon, 86 sedan , 87 4wd xt ,
  4. i have a 87 turbo a/t fwd wagon , the power windows on the passanger side does not work , either from the drivers side or passanger , i think there is a breaker some where not sure any help ? thanks :boohoo:
  5. suppose an intake gasket is leaking. it may trickle slowly enough into the intake without noticing, but when the car sits it may puddle up in the ports, thus smelling like coolant at startup until it burns off. does the smell go away?
  6. i used it in an 83 wagon. it held up for a little bit until i flogged ot out in a farmer's field. re'popped its head gasket. it worked in an spfi dl, held up about a couple of weeks but then let go(head gasket) its ot a permanent fix, but it works. flush out your system with straight water, and run straight water(you dont want coolant eating your bearings) the instructions all for staight water, run for like 15 minutes. keep running staright water, you can run antifreeze, but i only reccomend green in cold seasons

  8. offer him 300 bucks , i have had 2 sedans both turbos a/t , i bought them for less than 100 bucks each, i had to tow 1, i bought a turbo a/t wagon needing a headgasket etc........
  9. i just bought a turbo xt a/t 4wd ,and so far i like it ,it needs alittle work but got it very cheap
  10. ok, thanks out west what 30 degrees during the winter , here in ohio it can get below 0 and snow alot

  14. hello all , i have a question , buy putting a hole in the bottom of the air filter box , will this increase hp ? i have 86 spfi a/t sedan , with ngk plugs, k-n filter 8mm wires , how about during the winter would it suck to much cold air into the motor ? thanks
