  1. Well, I will try to explain it as best as I can :-\ . I have a 2003 Impreza WRX Sedan, 78,000 miles on it...Well, the electronic piece on my rear right window is not working properly, to say the least. When the bezel(the piece that you push down or pull back with your finger to control the window on the arm rest on the door panel) is attached to the electronic piece(a plastic part with two springs side by side inside of it, which has ball barings under them and two, what it looks like, copper pieces) it does not work. But if you take off the bezel it works fine, unless you put pressure on the plastic piece. Anyways, I have taped it off so I can control it from my driver's door. I am guessing that it is just grounding out when the bezel is on it, for what ever reason. So, I figure no big woop, so my back seat passenger can't roll down his/her/it's window. I have totall control ...unless they switch seats. I am just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or knows how to fix it or knows what it even is... Thanks...
  2. If you can do a head gasket then I am sure you can do a Valve covers. They are pretty easy...or they were on the old GL that I had...never had to do it on my WRX...but I can't imagine it being that bad...just make sure to lable and remove only what you have too...
  3. Sounds like fun...think I got the job at Dominoooooo's so I plan on being busy as the bea...but I have to stop by so you can look at the GL and maybe help me tune it a bit... Laterz Klutch :-p
  4. A long time ago...when I was just a pup...my parents owened a 88 GL wagon...thought it was the shiznit...had lots of fun in it...about 18 months ago I bought my self a brand spankin new WRX, was thinkin about waiting for the STi but "Have to have it NOW!!!" took ahold of me after I test drove it...and just recently one of my friends gave me a 86 2wd GL that needed some TLC, needed new heads...now I am driving the GL as a daily and the wrx when ever I need my fix of stupid fast. Anyways to the point...I am feeling I will do my fabricating on the GL (since it is older) and buy bolt ons for the wrx since it is new and that I spent a couple of pretty pennys on it... theres my 2 cents
  5. Recently, I've put Royal Purple into my 03 wrx's tranny...it is much easyer now to put it into 1st when rolling to a stop...also slides into reverse with out having to play with it...is alittle spendy but I feel well worth it
