The rear housing was busted on the parts tranny, so that's not an option currently, but thanks for the info!

I'm working on one of my Daughters 2010 Impreza 2.5, 5-Speed Wagon the clutch style center diff is bad, I have a 98 Impreza Parts 5-Speed, which uses the gear type center diff, and I was wondering if anyone has replaced the newer "clutch Style, with an older "Gear Style" center diff...... It'd be nice to be able to use the parts I have laying around instead of buying a new Clutch Style center diff ($465).... So if anyone has done this, I'd like to hear about it.... Thanks! Huck

I'm parting out a 2001 LL Bean Outback with the EZ30 in it, can someone confirm what Final Drive ratio is in the trans and rear diff? (And if anyone nearby needs any parts let me know) Thanks in advance... Huck

There are no emissions check here, so if it will run fine without the erg system, I could just run without it....

Surely someone has some info on this, I searched "EGR" and came up with nothing....

I've got a EJ25 Non EGR motor, that I'm trying to replace a EJ25 that had an EGR system, with there be issues, and if so is there a "Work around" (Motor out of a 03 OBS going into a 04 Forester XS) TIA

I rerouted the wire loom going to the throttle body & erg stuff a couple nights ago, as it was twisted and binding pretty badly, straightened it out and plugged it all back in, now it's running smoother than it had since we've had it, and the cruise control is working again. Definitely worth trying, as it cost nothing but soon of my time.

Our 2008 Outback has this same issue, no cruise control, flashing cruise light, but no CEL and no codes...drove 10 hour trip yesterday without cruise......Very annoying, guessing it has something to do with the electronic throttle.....I really miss the old throttle cAbles, as they simply worked.... So any info on this problem would be appreciated....

Yeah, Probably about 10 of those have been parts cars (or ended up being parts cars)...I have 5 drivers right now, and a couple parts cars

I just picked up a 98 Forester (my 59th Subaru ) and I have a rear deflector off a parts car, but was wondering what people have used to fasten it to a hatch that didn't have one, as the inserts on the parts car don't come out. So looking for ideals, or what others have done. Thanks in advance,
