  4. So we're lifting the Brat 4" but we cant find the space to set the ac compressor back into place.. Has anyone lifted the Brat and got their ac compressor to work?

  6. Hey there I'm lifting my brat and wondering what size of bolts I should get for the bottom of the tubing that's bolting on the frame? Not sure that the stock size bolts are. What grade of steel is needed for these bolts?
  7. Hey there, I'm looking for detailed, pictures preferably instructions on how to lift your Brat. I'v been checking these boards with no luck. I found a bunch of stuff in google but found them a little vague. As of now I have all of the 4" tubing and misc metal and new ranchero rear shocks to do the 4" lift. I'm wondering what kinda of front struts to get and what kind/size of bolts to get. Also the instruction.
  8. Looking great guys, thanks for the info!!! I'll try for the 205 / 70 / 15's and go from there.. Here are the the rims I picked up!!! Tires are 235/70/15's so I should find something smaller till I feel ready to start cutting!
  9. Can anyone guess that 235/70/15's would be too big? Wondering if these tires would rub in the wheel well? I have a set of 15" turbine rims that will fit, just looking for rubber now...

  11. Just about to do a lift in a few weeks so I'm currently looking for tires! We're going to be doing the 6 lug conversion.. Can't wait!! Wondering what kinda tires I should be looking for.. I know they can be 6 holes for Toyota and Chevy's, just not sure on the width..
  12. Yah they want 300 tops to sand blast it and coat both sides with resin.. in a bit of a time crunch so git r done!
  13. Thanks guys, I'm in Canada! Anyways we ended up pulling the tank off and it's being refurbished at a shop.. We will see tomorrow what they want to charge! She's rusty!!
  14. I need to replace mine and I'm having a hard time trying to track one down. Anyone know where I can find one? Thanks!!
