  1. ok may be leak in an injector anyone have leaky injectors causing rich or flooded?
  2. Hey all, I have a EA to EJ and have problems starting. Pressurizes OK but floods when trying to start. A mechanic showed me that if he pinches the fuel intake line, it starts fines and runs thereafter. So I put a switch on the fuel pump pwr and turn off flow until start. We replaced the fuel pump relay and I check the fuel return and vacuum to fuel regulator. Also put the return line into a can and it fill up quickly at first 30 seconds of run? Any ideas on the flooding. Could it be temperature miss-read at the ECU causing a cold start issue? At a complete loss. Should it fill up a large water bottle with return fuel in 40 seconds? Any help, TX
  3. Hi All, Happy to join. I took the plunge on a EA -EJ conversion 2 years ago and now having some issues passing emissions. Never had temp gauge and seams to run OK temp. The 2.2 runs great when first started and until first shut off when warm. This is during warm months. Very difficult to start in Winter. In warm months, if shut off warm, care difficult to start again and when started, run high rpm and rich... First year I couldn't pass emissions because of Rich. Don't have engine light hooked up and don't know how to use diagnostic LEDS. Just replaced the temp sensor and O2 sensor on Cat. Didn't help. ANY suggestions? Luv my Loyale conversion
