My avatar?  Ketterman/Hobie TriFoiler #23 - one of the rides my Subarus tow!  It's a hydrofoil trimaran, the production version of a boat called Longshot that for years held the world speed sailing records (I think it still holds one class, though the other classes - and outright-fastest - have since been taken away by SailRocket, et.al.).  A sailboat that maxes out around 45mph will put your jaw in your lap, whether you're driving, riding, or just watching.
