  1. Well, my dad might be picking up a TR2 relitivly soon, and we're not sure what shape the engine is in... i was wondering what sort of work (alot, i know) would be required to cram am EJ22 in there? yielding one hell of a fast 1954 vehicle ;)

  2. I've knocked my impreza around pretty good, no issues w/ the airbags....

i'd guess that you're really need to creame someone pretty hard to get them to go off... harder than usual... but then again, isn't the reason we put these onto the front of our cars, so we can we can crash through stuff that would normally wreck the stock bumper? :-p

  3. You BROKE the swaybar?!?!

good job!! i've been trying to break mine for a while os i have an excuse to replace it.....

it should be an easy job, if i remember, it's a 14mm nut/bolt... but that may have been on the impreza.

other than that, you pop the end links off, then the supports , and it's free.

If you have noticed.. the outbacks have a ton of body roll, you can upgrade to a cobb swabybar and get rid of some if you want.

  4. lol, cleaning your cars?

if i cleaned the obxt it would be just as dirty the second i pulled out onto I 90 :-p

if you're lucky maybe some of the pollen will blow off on my way over

just going to hit up the store, gas up, and head out in about an hour or so .. err... maybe... i forgot about that whole 'traffic' thing around the city.. .. oh well, i'll be there, got my directions printed out, i'm all set! whoah! :headbang:

  5. Aye, wise idea and you may want to meet of few members on the way or while your here in CO too...Double check everything and change any fluids that are questionable you should be fine. Plus your coming to one of the major Subaru states ;). If you want a repeat of what Andy did you can come change your oil in my driveway while it's raining and in the dark before you head back to the east coast . :burnout:

That was a good time! thanks for the help ;)

as for nebraska... yeeeeeeeehaw.... i don't think my turbo has even seen that kind of action before... or after.. for such a long time...

but yeah, that one cop, i know what nipster speaks of, so when you see signs of civilization, take the hammer off a notch, and let her simmer down a little bit until you're back out on the open pancake..
