92' Loyale has no power after new timing belts
Okay and if it is off a tooth how do I fix this without taking the belts off? This is my first time changing a time belt so I'm still learning all the terms. thanks for your help and patience haha

92' Loyale has no power after new timing belts
I did all this, the video went over it pretty well. Should I just take the belts off and try again more carefully?

92' Loyale has no power after new timing belts
It ran perfect before and still idles perfect. Can you explain what being off a tooth means and how I can fix it?

92' Loyale has no power after new timing belts
I just changed the belts on my Loyale following Mile's Fox EA82 Timing Belt video on YouTube. The car starts and idles great but it's gutless and has no power now. What could I have messed up on?

Subaru GL-10 Classic Car Licensing
Sweet! I'll eventually lift the GL-10 but for now I want it to look pretty

Subaru GL-10 Classic Car Licensing
Yeah it sounds like WA is pretty relaxed about it compared to other states. I daily drive my Loyale so I'm not worried about taking the GL-10 on random trips. Cool to hear that other people have done this with their subies!

Brake pad seized on Loyale
I think this is what happened. Going to replace both calipers and all the pads today. Thanks for the suggestions everyone !

Brake pad seized on Loyale
No sorry I meant I even with the e brake handle off and down, the brakes were still engaged. I went back today to get the car and it had rolled about 5 feet overnight since I never set the e brake. The pads must have unsezied somehow while sitting overnight. I got it towed anyways but I'm still pretty confused on why it happened.

Brake pad seized on Loyale
I'm not sure to be honest...

Brake pad seized on Loyale
If this is the case how could get it unstuck? The pads are definitely still pressed against the rotor like the e brake is on, but I've took it off and put the car in natural.

Brake pad seized on Loyale
I probably could but I might as well get some use out of my AAA....is there a way to tell if it's a seized caliper vs the parking brake being stuck? Thanks GD

Brake pad seized on Loyale
My front right brake pads are locked up on my Loyale and I am unable to leave the parking lot..I tried removing the Caliper by taking the slide pin out but nothing is budging. Anything I should try before calling a tow truck?

Loyale CV Axle Rubbing on frame
I got in touch with ADF and they said the diameter of the axle is too large so I guess I'll be swapping it out for a 4th time. Practice makes perfect I guess!

Loyale CV Axle Rubbing on frame
I bought the stuff to do this with the lift kit I'm just not sure if I'm mechanically inclined enough to do it.

Loyale CV Axle Rubbing on frame
I would go OEM if I could fine one. It only started happening after getting stuck and pulled out of a mud pit so I think something got damaged.

Loyale CV Axle Rubbing on frame
It was supposed to be a "heavy duty Axle". I know I was gonna go through axles quicker but it's only lasting 2 days. And It didn't happen when I first installed the lift so something's gotta be wrong
-
Loyale CV Axle Rubbing on frame
That bare metal part on the axle is the part thats rubbing. It was installed 2 days ago and the boots already torn....:/

It's the 2" ADF lift. I have not lowered the crossmembers. My struts are also starting to get worn if that would affect it.- Loyale CV Axle Rubbing on frame
Hm I'm not sure honestly. On flat ground it does seem like the Passenger front side is angled more like someone is sitting in it.- Loyale CV Axle Rubbing on frame
My 92 Loyale with a 2" lift has the front passenger CV axle rubbing on the frame and the boots keep tearing. What should I check out first? Already gone through 3 Axles in 3 months... - Loyale CV Axle Rubbing on frame
