Rolloverbratboy replied to Rolloverbratboy's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
Now the most odd question of them all. Subarus are the best... so I what I wanna do is.. swap a outback under and get rid of mine. engine for engine driveline for driveline rear dif for rear dif and the axles have the same thread. (anyone know) So next august.. my car goes bye bye to canada.... So know more from me!!! John -
okay, so another thought. Is there anywhere on the net or does anyone know where I can get a pic or book on the engine, tranny and suspension mounts for a 91 loyale. Like a bolt pattern. Thanks John
-
okay... I got to ponder saturday during my EMT CPR class and I wondered if you have to change an EA82 tranny out to match up with the 2000 Outback wagon engine. I heard a place in Canada will drop in the engine. but the question is do I need to put all wheel drive in. See another stupid question John

Greating everyone, So, lately I havent been driving "littleone" around because havent had time. Well on saturday at 5:00 in the moring I had a wrestling toury. I had to coach at. So I got up started my car and went back inside to make coffee and get dressed. When I started her up she ran at about 2grand. Which I figure if normal for a car that hasnt ran in like 2 weeks. I get in my wagon and start heading towards school. As I pull up to Greenlake, I had to stop. Then I noticed. That my car would go from about 350 to 800 RPMS. Like bounce back and fourth. It also almost stalled out. Later that night I get home and call my trusty friend NOAH, who explains to me a couple of options. Which I do. (p.s. Noah with a small hammer) But none seem to work. Could it be a bad fuel filter or something the along the lines of that. Cause it only does it when I am on a hill facing downhill. Thank you John

Hi Everybody. Seeing how to my two best friends went back to school earlier this month. I have no one to make a 21 run with. Buts its all cool. Anyone know of any good bars in the seattle area. Always wanted to see what a country bar looked like. Never really went to one other than in Montana. But thats just different. The average 18 has two DUI's.. Sad its it. *** About DUI's. I was reading in the paper in Bozeman, that I lady an 18 yr old female. Had 2 DUI's in one night. *** Anywhoo. I hope everyone is haveing a Happy New Year. So, if you have any ideas about bars here please let me know Thanks John

Everyone judges everyone else, for what the actions are and do. The bandwagon or not. People need to judge other people by whats inside! well when words come out of the mouth without thinking thats totally different... All I am saying is a quote from my drill sgt. "Get to know the person, but you throw a fist. After that do what you want." -Drill Sgt Player:banghead: -

Well if you can put up with Matt and Austin.. Then welcome.. Austin is a cool Cat... Helps out a lot. So, by all means.. Welcome to the club. (family) John:banghead: -
Well I made it home. With the help of the Subaru club. First I called Austin...then Zaper and the Rob. First of all Noah, to figure out what was wrong. Over the phone Austin said it could be a Tranny mount. But further investagtion. The Auto shop found out that it was a blow to h**l front right axle, joints, boots and all. when they took it apart... out of the car it broke. the joints broke one in the tranny and on in the brake holder thingy. They had it fixed fast then I could call my girlfriend. I want to take Rob in Newport to help me find an auto shop. total cost $239.00. I dont care about the price, the shop did it has fast as they can! I whole 40 minutes. * * * * * * other news, seeing how the roads where really crappy driving over the pass. I had it in 4wd from Dillon, Mt to a little before Spokane before I noticed the problem. It was the last factory one in there. last a 153,000 miles. DAMN! but with 4wd I was averaging 350 miles to the gallon. Yeah ME:santa: Thank you once again for all the help! John Arne Montana National Guard
