Right on - two-car, extra deep or three-car? Hard to tell what the orientation is supposed to be.....

That's about what I work out of as well. Thinking about putting in a lift in the next few years. Would be very useful for me.

it is always nice to have the mud down by the time the snow flies....because it sucks to do it in the snow!

no not drains thats where the walls sit its a steel building. the troughs made it a pita .worked out well though 40 yds ouch spendy .the floor is flat no slope

Really? No slope at all? I thought there was usually a slight slope to the door so you could easily wash down the floor and so stuff drains out instead of in..... very slight of course. Like 1" total slope. I could be wrong though.

i thought about but ill be washing outside,i wanted anything that spills to stay in a puddle for easy clean. just found out my building is going to be here on sun so i might be in the next weekend

You can always get a floor squeegee to push stuff out with. It's nice to be able to wash the floor. Dry floor sweep can only do so much I've found.

slope is generally calculated by at LEAST an 1/8th a foot.so it changes constantly.but, whatever, to each his own. i would have insisted it have the proper fall.

what are you guys payin for mud down there?it is right at 125 a yard here, and that is my price:eek:.......cheers, brian

i paid 103 plus winter charge $4 a yard and i'm far out so 57 a truck so ithink it worked out to 112

i thought that was a bunch .this summer i was around alot of mud around 400+ yards we loaded onto a helicopter a half yard at a time

yeah, mud is outrageous these days.

the last large poor we did was a machinery pit, that we made stem walls for the interior, backfilled behind, and vibration matted the interior of the stem walls.

it was bout 25x30 and took almost 175 yds to fill.that was a trip.

are you a finisher?or carpenter?cheers, brian
