Turbo Light

Featured Replies

Hi Again,

This is a minor question, but ever since I got my '87 Turbo wagon the inside little turbo light never comes on.

Is this a usual occurance with age or should I be concerned.

Its a 5 spd and runs great otherwise.

Thanks

M Karns

chech to see if the sensor is connected. may just be a bulb out.

I disconected mine and installed a boost gauge. it got a bit anoying after a while like those cars with a shift up light.

The pressure switch for turning on the turbo light is located in front of the pass. side (American speak) strut tower.

Some people may try and tell you it does more than just light the light, my experiments say no. Just the light.

Here is what the switch looks like, check it's connection and it's operation.
