December 7, 200916 yr I have a grinding sound coming from the front // replaced both CV axles along with wheel bearings, is seems to only do this when cold, if i drive it for 10miles or til it get warm the grinding sound stops please help thanks

December 7, 200916 yr And this hasn't changed at all after you've replaced all those parts? Go through the brakes. Clean all the grease, sand, and other funk from everything on the front end. Then clean and bleed the calipers, replace pads, scuff the discs with emory cloth(or have them turned) and check the shields to see if anything is rubbing the discs.

December 14, 200916 yr Author Okay All this weekend I replaced the Cone Washers on both side (they looked bad) also made trip to local junkyard and snagged two hubs ... after install and short test run all is fine no grinding.. GOT TO LOVE THE BRAT !!!!!! thanks all
