I am pricing a new fuel pump for the '87 brat. Auto Zone and Checker both carry Air Tech for 55 bucks. Napa has a Carter for 95 dollars.

Is Carter worth twice as much?

Or should I sit it out for a suby pump from Fuji?

Install a generic rotary style pump - 3 to 5 psi. Carter's are well liked and are often used on newer Subaru's. I have one in my '91 turbo - no complaints. I wouldn't want some reman from Airtex - maybe that's just me though.
