OK before i tear in to this I want to know if there is anyone that knows why i would have water out of this hole :burnout:

this is number 4 cylinder

what hole are you talking about? look under the thermostat for the little hose that connects to the top of the block. i'll bet that is leaking.

 

coolant runs down the top of the block, and collects at the spark plug. there is a drain hole for at the spark plug if this is what you are asking for.

 

it could be a possible intake gasket, but rare. look at the hose first, most likely culprit.

The hole was drilled too far and is peircing the water jacket. You can likely epoxy that and save the head. Either that or it's got a major crack - though I've never seen one crack like that. I have seen pictures of similar problems with other Subaru engines though - it's not unheard of for a water jacket to get too close to a bolt hole and get missed durring inspection. Something may have shifted when it was cast and they just didn't catch it when they machined the head.

Okay this is what I found Wired I think that is where the head bolt goes through. the head gasket blew water jacket to the head bolt. I FEEL LUCKY just a head gasket .4269779677_0abd6406b3_o.jpg

but I i found something else i need some ideas what i should do to fix this one. One of the intake holes are stripped out . Can someone please give me some ideas on how to fix this 4269842525_4b3de35114_o.jpg
