February 16, 201016 yr The gasket looks good but for some reason i get a lot and i mean A LOT of air noise from the sunroof. Am i missing something here? I tried adjusting the latch at the back because it was left loose so i adjusted it snug but i dont want to go tighter than what i have it at now for fear of breaking the latch.
February 16, 201016 yr Is the old one dry rotted or have any big cracks? You might consider calling the dealer and seeing if they can source you a gasket. But who knows how long the Subaru one has been sitting on a shelf in a warehouse. Does it leak water?

As for the water im assuming yes but not sure yet since i have only driven it for one day now lol.
February 16, 201016 yr Well.... The bad news is that its about 65 bucks! the really bad news is that I cant find one to sell you. :-\ Nothing even on the locator.
February 16, 201016 yr mine was doing the same thing, added a couple of shims to pull it down a little more and leak fixed.

February 17, 201016 yr Author Got the leak fixed. There are two "tabs" that have springs at either corner in the front and both were adjusted all the way up. Slammed them down and took it for a spin. No more air leak. Not sure its water tight yet but will find out soon.
