I need spray touch up paint for my 1994 Loyale. It's a dark red station wagon and the paint code sticker on the left front strut tower says; color code 09. I can not find any source of touch up paint that recognized 09 as a valid paint code.

 

Can anyone suggest a source for touch up paint, or offer any advice about the correct paint code?

You probably looking for "Crimson Prl 309" The other red color which the Loyales came in was called "Mica ruby 947"

I had the same issue with my '93 Loyale. Same paint code 09. I ended up buying some cans of Dupli-color and experimenting. "Medium Garnet Red" cap matches, but don't use it. Too brite for mine when dry. "Bordeaux Red" ended up being the closets match I could find. Dupli-color list it as a Honda color and one called "Mica Ruby" as a OEM for Subaru. Check it out;

Maybe O'Reilly didn't have that one when I looked? Hope this helps. The Bordeaux color is actually very very close.
