Are the EA82 Carb'ed & SPFI heads interchangeable.

they should be, don't qoute me 100% but i have a very good incling that they do.

I seem to remember some minor differences, but they are definitely cast from the same mold. I too believe that they are swappable.

yes, they are, the intake, exhaust ports are the same, and it bolts onto the motor the same

 

compression differences will be in the pistons, not the heads

yup, same, egr might be the only difference. but i dont think so.

air suction, might have to be blocked off, too.
