July 29, 201015 yr So Im buying a 1984 GL Wagon... Needs Tranny mounts. I bought some offline that are supposed to be Tranny/Engine mounts... I had heard they were the same thing. I got them today in the mail and they dont look like what I thought they would, but the part number is the same as Autozone's part number. July 29, 201015 yr Did you attach a picture? If so, I can't seem to see it at work. The engine/transmission mounts are not the same thing. Rockauto.com lists the GL transmission mount as a rear engine mount. I don't know why, but they do. Jacob

July 30, 201015 yr Author Yup. They should fit, guess the test will be on Wednesday... If they dont fit, then I get to drive about 15-25 miles with no tranny mounts... with at least 5-10 miles on the highway
