Hi

I have one cylinder that misses from 1 to 10 seconds about every 3rd time i start it.i changed the plugs ,coil,wires, and fuel injector and it stiil does it.we just got back from a 1600 mile trip. it does not lose water any ideas?

Just throwing parts at something makes it impossible to easily diagnose. I would suggest putting the original parts back on except the tuneup parts. Then I would pull the codes and find out what cylinder it is or any other codes.

 

Also you MUST give us year miles transmission and engine otherwise we are totally blind on any post.

 

What kind or wires did you use. What plugs, where did the coil come from?

Yes please post model, mileage, etc. If it happens to be cylinder #1 there is something about idle control on some of the mid 90's that could make the ECU cut injection pulses.
