I wasn't sure where to post this...

 

I'd like some help from any board members in Boise or nearby. There is an XT6in Boise that I'm working a deal on, it was on PDX CL. I talked to the guy today and he wants to sell it to me.

 

What I'm asking is that someone over there drive by and make sure it's actually there before I send him money and drive all the way out to Boise.

 

Any help would be appreciated, PM Me for address.

Nomad might be able to help you. I wouldn't send the guy ANY money. If you have to arrange to send it to someone from the club in the Boise area and have them pay, do that. A car in Boise advertised in Portland smells fishy....:-\

any way to pay him cash when you get there? if he can't communicate efficiently enough to do that i don't think i'd blindly send him cash.

Hey I'm here in Boise, I called a guy about a week ago, older dude, He had a running XT6 and a spare one for parts. MIGHT be the same guys....IF you need some help from an Idahoian PM me or something! I'm willing to help like Ski said (Wish I found a tailgate for him) but yeah, let me know....

Thanks for the advice and responses guys, I neglected to consult the old lady about this before hand... it didn't go so well. no XT6 for me.

 

Hope it wasn't the last 5 speed left on the planet.

That's how I got my 87.5 Xt. Just bought it with no consultation. I still have the car, the old lady is gone. Clearly a good decision on my part. That car cost me a lot less than she did....
