Well yesterday John (Backwoodsboy) came down to claim his new ride. He is planning on fixing it up and putting it back on the road.

 

 

And hopefully it will be back to its glory days eventually

That guy is still around? (Backwoods boy).

I swear I heard he fell into a bottomless parts pit and was never heard from again

Glad to see the car is going to a new home and not the crusher.

I unfortunately STILL dont have internet out in "the hills" ... and dont get as much at-work surfing time as I used to, but Im still here.

 

Major thanks to Steve for letting me have the sedan to take home with me (its nestled safely in the barn for winter)

 

Also, major thanks to Darlingchip (Jess) for beng my co-pilot for the

9 hour trip. Couldnt have dont it without her.

 

Goin to check on the engine at the machine shop at lunch today actually.

There is much in store for this little car.
