February 28, 201115 yr Dang! the freakin dyno/rollers would probably put off more emissions than that, if truth be known. One way or t'other.

March 1, 201115 yr Author Ontario Government approved test facility. Need to do it for renewal of registration of vehicle in Ontario. There was a tailpipe sniffer. The machine has two different gasses. One to clean it out and one to provide a calibration sample. Man says next year that all the machinery is changing. From the sounds of what he said the obd II will be doing the work and it will just be a mater of scanning and registering the output with the Government. Paying the administration fee.
