Going up sawtell on saturday meeting at safeway in molalla at 9am we will be going to gaot mountain after the trip up to the tower on sawtell anyone is invited

Sounds great..However, were heading to the beach..

 

Might be a winchfest as the snow levels are pretty low...I'd love to get up there again...!

Love to but the Soob is down till June (I only have a few runs left in my tires so I saving it for Christmas Valley, can't afford new ones till next year....). And I'm sick as a dog.

 

And yeah you guys are gonna be playing in some snow. Has not dropped lower than 1,500-2,000 feet around here for the past few weeks.

As a reference the top of Goat is at about 4,200'.

 

Hopefully they are done logging around the tower. Last fall I tried to go up there and was met with a gate and security guard. Whole area was closed off for logging.
