band adjustment

what are the band adjustment procedures for a 93 legacy sedan at with fwd or awd? i do have the gear box in the transmission and at the rear too.

this is not the reverse band is it? or is it? the adjustment procedures dont cover no reverse. only forward shifting.

Stupid question but when I had an automatic 95 impreza FWD All my forward gears worked but reverse.. I remember before it went all the way out it would slip more and more.

that band is adjustable. it says right on the page how do do it and which way to adjust it. but it doesnt say what adjustment is needed is reverse and low are out and not working.
