? whats differnt compare head gasket on EA82 ?

i have two compare of head gaskets here's photos.

my wagon is 1987 Suba GL 4wd D.R. EA82 1.8L with Fuel injection.

this is new gasket but you see my finger point and different bottom too? it's correctly for head gasket on my ea82? i don't want to open, mistake and waste money. and leaky..

The old gasket looks like it might be from an EA81 which should be an 8818PT

no wonder... my old gasket is wrong ( i was replaced 2 months ago)...my coolant was eating sudden sometime hard to starter, somehow saw pool out the spark plug out...blown gasket. :rolleyes:

EA82 is my engine for my correctly head gasket . so, im going open it and install it.

not ea81 for head gasket...:banghead:

1. You're from Oregon.

 

2. I've been in Colorado too long and forgot how oregonians think. I grew up in OR, back when the schools were actually really great.

 

If you need a picture of the old HG's I pulled out of my EA82 I can dig them out. Just let me know.

my head gasket is fit on ea82! no problem! i've new learn lesson which for kind the head gasket.

thats why i got a mistake head gasket's EA81 on my EA82 cause flood coolant becuz of choke.

 

actually i was throw away my older head gasket from 2 months ago... im idoit. :banana:
