Looking for the front cv shaft part number that would work for a '87 wagon. I went to Smucks, or Orileys, or whatever they are called now, and I got a shaft that's not as long as the one I pulled out (that's what she said). The shaft that I got is 60-7043 from http://www.oreillyauto.com, and that is to short compared to the one that I took out. Either I got the wrong part, or I had the wrong one installed. Any help would be great, since my subi is sitting on blocks and I need to drive it to work on Monday.

Tell them you need one for a 1990-94 Loyale. Its the same car.

 

They might be giving you one for an EA81 chassis car which has shorter axles.
