  1. I got the right one. Got it installed, all is good.
  2. Looking for the front cv shaft part number that would work for a '87 wagon. I went to Smucks, or Orileys, or whatever they are called now, and I got a shaft that's not as long as the one I pulled out (that's what she said). The shaft that I got is 60-7043 from http://www.oreillyauto.com, and that is to short compared to the one that I took out. Either I got the wrong part, or I had the wrong one installed. Any help would be great, since my subi is sitting on blocks and I need to drive it to work on Monday. Bryan
  3. Eulogious, text me tomorrow...it's been a long week. Everyone else, thanks for the info. My subi does not have the holes to bolt in newer belts. Not sure what I am going to do, but I won't be ghetto rigging anything. Not sure what the state laws are...but I do know what the wife laws are. Lol. Bryan
  4. Thanks guys. I have looked into the piller area where the seatbelt would mount in the newer model gl's/loyales, and there are no bolt holes or welded in threaded nuts like the one I looked at at the wrecking yard. I know that I can't put in a booster seat with just the lap belt. I guess i'm just need to see if anyone else has had a solution to this or..... Thanks, Bryan
  5. Well, I need to put a booster seat in the back seat to haul my kiddo around, but there are only lap belts. Anyone have any ideas to install shoulder straps or a booster seat or?????
  6. It was unplugged well before I bought the car, and the spot had been plugged. But I found where it needed to go. Thanks for the help! It will be nice to drive to work tomorrow with defrost.
  7. I see a hose thats disconnected, long one that looks like it would go to the...carb??
  8. Well I have a '87 GL Wagon, and my heat works great! Only problem, is it only pumps out of the vents, no defrost or floor heat. Any ideas? Thanks, Bryan
  9. Bumper still available? Lmk. Very interested in a rear one.
  10. I have my eyes open down here in Olympia.
  11. Thanks! I look forward to working on it and making it into my daily driver.
  12. OBK, how much are you asking for one of those racks? Let me know!
  13. I saw your partout thread, and was wondering if you still had the door panels? Front and back. Let me know. I am in Olympia, so I could come check out your carnage.

  14. Hello everyone! I got my first Subaru recently and look forward to digging into it. I picked up a '87 Wagon for $200 bucks from a friends friend who gave up on it. After having a buddy rebuild the carb (with a rebuild kit that came with the car) it runs great! I will get more pictures soon, besides these cramped driveway shots. I know very little about this car. As far as I know its a GL Wagon, right? Any other tips on searching the forums for this model would be great! Thanks for looking! Bryan
