ok so for the past few weeks everytime i drive my[no matter how far or short] my engine smells really hot and burny!

 

1.it has not been leaking oil,,,,,,,anymore than usual!

2.it's been running VERY good like always

3.NEVER runs hot

4.tune up was not that long ago + i have an accel coil

 

so where do I begin?

put a bag over your disty and alternator and carwash the hell out of the engine bay, top and bottom. if it doesnt start back up, squirt wd 40 in the cap and dry it out.

if its just smell your going by that could be it, dry boiled oil heating up on heads, and exhaust.

if its antifreeze smell, half of them smell like that anyway=]

yeah If it smells burny probably something is burning. not a bad Idea to clean and recheck. no blown CV boots spewing grease on exhaust? had that happen, it stunk.

cv's are brand new.....might try steam ccleaning the engine
