Kind of a silly question as I feel like I should know this by now, but is there another fuel filter underneath the car besides the one by the brake booster, under the hood?

nah, just the one you're talking about.

 

there's a fuel pump sock - it's a very small screen on the inlet side of the fuel pump. it is not a replaceable filter though, it's built into the fuel pump.
