January 19, 201214 yr I am a Subaru owner, but I am here, more specifically, to inquire about anyone who communicated with my son John Rogers (his user name might have been some form of 'Hippie' or 'Yardhippie') who was killed in a motorcycle accident 15 December 2010. He owned a late model Subaru turbo (?) which he had modified to some degree. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who talked to him about the work he was doing, the value of his car, or anything useful. I will be named the administrator of his estate, and his brother wants the car (fine with the rest of the family), but we think it has some mechanical issues...smells like buring oil, to name one. Thank you.
January 19, 201214 yr sorry for your loss. Hope you get the info you need. (if you're posting from the same computer he used, maybe some type of IP address search can be done by the administrator?)
January 19, 201214 yr I did an internet search for "yardhippie" and got one hit. Location was TX and it is a Subaru forum.
January 20, 201214 yr Author was he in Atlanta? what did he drive? He drove a 2004 Forrester and he was in Atlanta.
January 20, 201214 yr He drove a 2004 Forrester and he was in Atlanta. Yep, that's was him on NASIOC. Nick over there could help you, or just join up and do an 'advanced search' on the name ' yardhippie ' and you'll find threads in which he posted. edit; here's a link to threads with a post from him, searching within the threads is required to ge his posts - again, email/contact Nick or one of the mods there. They may have a way to filter all of your son's posts and replies for you. http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/search.php?searchid=27208917 good luck Edited January 20, 201214 yr by 1 Lucky Texan
