I'm picking up a 91 loyale wagon 4x4 with a Auto trans for my wife that cant drive stick. Is that all time AWD or is there a on/off for it.

Don't think so. Thinking only the 1990 turbo wagon came with the 4EAT. Everything else got the 3 speed.
