January 30, 201214 yr I strongly suspect adjustment is identical to EA-81Ts.They are almost the same injection system. Idle contact opens at 2.5 degrees.Check at 1.5 degrees w/a .55mm feeler gauge. Make sure the idle switch is open at 2.5 degrees w/a .92mm feeler. Full contact closes at 32 degrees.

January 30, 201214 yr Author yes, 35-40psi. when it hesitates it feels like the car is missing. fuel pressure drops i let off, it comes back. fuel pump was replaced. problem still continues. Im guessing its not getting a proper reading from one the the MPFI components.
January 30, 201214 yr So fuel pressure drops below 35 at WOT? If so,you found the problem. Should be 35 plus whatever boost is at. 35+7(max stock boost)=42psi Check the pump volume at 1.5 psi boost by putting 1.5 psi on the regulator vac line w/a hand pump. EA-81Ts flow 95 litres/hour at this pressure.Yours should be at least that much. I would confirm leaness by monitoring the O2 sensor signal.

February 6, 201214 yr Author Thought I had fixed the problem with the MAF and tps rebuild but it's back. The car feels likes and sounds like its missing at wot. Especially bad on the highway at 80-100 kmph. When I ease the pedal the car will excelerate but if I step on it I won't go anywhere. I have some what of an idea why this is happening but it dosent make much sense. Anyone have an idea of there own?
February 6, 201214 yr Author When I do open it up and it misses I hear backfires from the exhaust. Klein really makes me thinks it's ignition not fuel related. But what I don't understand is why only at WOT.
