Looking for cheep and easy engine mods for my Forester XT

Any thoughts on what small mods I can perform to ekkk out a few more horses on my 2004 Forester XT.....I've done a few mods on my Miata such exhaust mods and computer adjustments stickier tires.....nothing to big or costly......and I would be willing to pay for the work if I get in under my head....but not more than 2k.

get a lightened/underdrive crank pulley and get the subaru "free flowing muffler" for it or go to a muffler shop and have something custom made.

 

Give it time...I'm sure that there will be some aftermarket stuff eventually for it.
