Made the journey down last night with my brother-from-another-mother to see this car. Ironically he had just got a new daily driver as well so we decided to put it to the test.

Here we are stopped to get some grub on the way back.

Did a little cleaning and sorted out all the bonus content that came with the car. Its in pretty good condition overall.

Only downside is that there is no ebrake because of the 5 lug conversion.
But that should be remedied by this:
http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=134321

That is Jeszek's rear disk ebrake conversion from an older Accord.
Wonder if it works on this setup as well?

Now comes a point where I have to think reasonably...
I need a commuter for winter, and need to take my Brat off the road to treat some little rust problems and get moving on the suspension for it.
This wagon needs a little attention here and there to be completely road worthy.
My red '86 however is good to go minus an engine.

I'm thinking that this wagon is a better candidate for an EJ swap than the '86 I have since it is already 5 lug and rear-disk.

I'm going to pull a switcheroo. :-p

You are looking at the new EJ project here. :headbang:
Going to be lots of fun.

Thank you again Wentz, this is a great little wagon and I will treat it right. :)

Glad to hear you are happy with it Chad, keep a hold of my number, and don't be afraid to give me a ring with any questions about the car!

Cool!

I have a set of 200sx rear calipers with the parking brake, they will bolt right up to the xt6 caliper brackets.

PM me if you are interested

Tractor Pole, if you aren't in a hurry to sell them; I will deffinately get in touch with you when the time comes to swap in the ebrake stuff.

Wentz, the rear setup is xt6 right? Not legacy?
