Just pull the fans. 95 should be 2 bolts on top for each one, and the connector at the bottom.

removing the fans will give me enough room to put in the keyway [ half moon] ?

You'll have room to install it.

 

IMO NOT enough room to fix the actual crankshaft. I pull the engine to fix the keyway.
