No. Turbo has screws, ea82's have screws. Ea81 carb models all have clips but the shapes are different. The distributor usually has a sticker saying the brand on it but often its covered in oily mess. Take the cap off is how I tell.

The EA82 2WD (FWD) Carburated came with Nippon-Denso Distribuitors, whose Cap is Held only by Clips, No Screws.

 

Like the one on my Subaru "BumbleBeast"

 

As far as I Know, the Carburated EA82 FWD's came with Nippon-Denso Distribuitors, while the Carburated EA82 4WD's came with Hitachi Distribuitors.
