I have a 97 legacy L wagon. Lifted 6 inches.    First my air bag light came on, then my cruise control quit working and now my horn wont work.  I do know Im not getting voltage to the horn when its pressed.

 I am thinking the airbag could be a worn out clockspring. The horn also.  But, the Cruise control switch is after the spinning part of the colum so Im not sure about it.

  Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 97 Legacy L 2.2 liter thats pdf?

 the clock spring in the steering wheel, itis the mechanism that moves the wiring from the steering colmn to thr steering wheel, it is bad.

Clockspring for sure.

If the light in the main cruise switch doesn't come on its probably just a burned out bulb.

As always, the first step should be verifing power is getting through any fuses in the circuit using a test probe.

Crusie switch is on the side of the steering wheel.  It spins, and it's wiring goes through the "clock spring" assmebly.  Sounds like it's bad.  Or maybe just the connection is bad?  Wires pinched in the tilt mechanism?
