ive got a boat load of 2000-newer sohc 2.5 engines, can i use one as a doner for a frankenmotor? i always here 95-99 dohc. never heard anyone use a sohc

I have a 2002 that threw a rod, thought may be the heads would be worth saving.

you can use them, slightly higher compression, same basic principle

i have 9, thats a boatload to me, not a literal seafaring boat full, but alot
