checked fuses and breakers, even put a new starter on... still won't turn over.

Do you hear a click or anything like that when you turn the key from the ON position to the START position?

Hi  - no click or anything... stumped.

do the lights dim when you try to start?

Depending on where the hum is coming from, could be fuel pump?

Alarm starter kill check wire harness were it comes off ig switch for cut or spiced wires
