I'm replacing all the coolant hoses on my 1979 Brat.  Coming out of the top of the motor there is a small hose that the DPO had plugged with a bolt.  If I blow compressed air into this hose the air comes out the coolant passages.  Since the only other coolant hose of this size goes from the heater hoses to the base of the carb, via the intake manifold.  I don't know where this other hose should connect.

 

Does anyone know where this hose should go?
