Just wondering if there is any difference between the two, besides the speed odometer? Emissions ect?

90 - 94 the seat belts were different.

the US had automatic belts, the shoulder strap moved in a track along the top of the door jamb.

Daytime running lights (headlights always on) on the Canadian models.

I am guessing that spedo is more prominently displayed in Km/Hr, and odo is in Kilometers in the Canadian models.

I presently own a 2012 OBW LTD H2 that was imported from the US into Canada in 2013. The car has the TPMS system, standard on all cars in the US, but not legally required in Canada.
