June 13, 201411 yr Hey all. I just bought a 99 Outback that needs at least one wheel hub. I just wondered, when I'm looking around at them it seems that they a pretty limited on the versions of that part, am I correct that all the 2.5s are the same axle and wheel hub? On brakes it varies from legacy models but the hubs seem to all be the same. Thanks for any help. '97
June 13, 201411 yr According to www.opposedforces.com , all Subarus, from 92-98 used the same hub, plus the 99 Impreza's and Foresters. The only difference is whether it had ABS or not. The ABS units having the tone ring attached. For fsm go to my post in New FAQ sticky O. Edited June 13, 201411 yr by ocei77
June 13, 201411 yr Same hub for 5x100 bolt pattern. there will be differenceds between aBS tone ring and wheel speed sensor, and different brake rotor and caliper combinations, but the bare knuckle will virtually swap with anything
